3 easy ways to improve the moisture in your hair using water!

H2o + Dry hair = Healthier hair!

Just  add water!

Sometimes your hair just needs to be wet.  Our bodies are 60-80% water, our hair is around 30% water.  The key to having hair that is effectively dead, but looks alive is to ensure it is not dehydrated. 

Hairducation FACT:

Your hair is a product of the nutrition or otherwise you give to your body- so bear this in mind when chowing down on that snack!

'So how exactly do we give our hair the water it needs? here are my 3 simple suggestions:

  • Drink it!  
It sounds so obvious right but most of us do not really drink enough water during our day.  The aim is to drink at least 2.4 litres or 8 cups a day! Are you?  You will see results within 30 days if you simply do this daily!!

 

  • Wet your hair:
If you are a shower lover, let that water seep onto your scalp and run down your tresses and relish the natural hydration H2o brings.  You can do this early in the morning or last thing at night. If it’s something you do not currently do, try it this week, I promise it makes a huge impact on how your hair feels instantly!.

 

  • Spritz it:
